Few careers embody the spirit of hard work and dedication as vividly as Brian's. His journey began at the ground level, working as a bellman at a seasonal resort. Over the years, he took on nearly every operational role imaginable—front desk agent, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and beyond. This hands-on experience gave him a deep appreciation for every facet of resort operations and the people who make it all happen.
As he climbed the ranks, Brian's career took him into General Manager roles overseeing resorts ranging from 267 units to over 3,000. His passion for excellence and guest experience led him to achieve AAA 4-Diamond and Forbes 4-Star accreditations for resorts, restaurants, and spas. At the peak of his corporate career, he was responsible for leading the operations of 22 properties with over 12,000 units, and overseeing more than 3,000 team members.
Beyond operations, Brian expanded his expertise into real estate development, construction, and asset management, where he built and led large-scale development teams. His experience spans design, project management, procurement, and project controls, allowing him to drive projects from concept to completion. Brian has not only assembled and trained high-performing teams but has also acted as an individual contributor, ensuring precision in execution. His development expertise extends across condominiums, commercial spaces, hotels, and F&B outlets, bringing a well-rounded approach to the built environment.
Brian's operational services experience enables him to integrate hospitality and corporate best practices into businesses nationwide. His leadership has successfully transformed businesses through restructuring efforts, cultural enhancements, and financial optimization. By leveraging his experience in procurement and logistics, he has created strategic supply chain solutions that drive efficiency and profitability. With oversight of a large national F&B operation, Brian has designed and launched successful concepts. Additionally, he has redefined spa and retail operations and instituted financial controls across enterprises.
